BTS Deliver Tearful “I Need U” Moment That Steals The Show

BTS kicked off their ARIRANG world tour with an opening night that left both the members and the crowd visibly emotional.

One of the most memorable highlights of the night came when the group surprised fans by adding I Need U to the setlist, the 2015 track that played a major role in their rise to global fame.

As soon as the first notes rang out, Goyang Stadium exploded with energy, as fans delivered one of the loudest reactions heard throughout the entire show.

The emotional atmosphere only grew stronger as the concert went on.

Each member took time to speak to the audience on Thursday night (09.04.26), opening up with sincere reflections about being back together on stage.

Jimin told fans: “The past years were such a pain, not being able to see you."

RM highlighted the significance of their reunion, saying: “More than anything, having all seven of us together is what matters most.”

Jin later shared his thoughts in a Weverse post, explaining that performing as a group again made him feel “back home”.

He added a heartfelt message to fans: “I hope to see you all together next time! Then let’s meet on Saturday and jump together! Get home safely and good night everyone.”

The performance focused heavily on songs from their chart topping ARIRANG album, while also including fan favorites like Fake Love and the global hit Dynamite, which led to massive sing along moments across the stadium.

The tour will continue with two more shows at Goyang Stadium before moving on to Tokyo.

After that, the ARIRANG tour is set to run through March next year, bringing BTS to North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia and other parts of Asia.
