MusicWeek Staff: When/How did you become interested in music? Llace Sarabete': When I was seven years old I began singing after my music teacher told me I could really sing. From that moment onwards I became interested in the sound of my voice and fell in love with singing.
MusicWeek Staff: How does the song “No Wife” set the stage for more songs from you? Llace Sarabete': Wife got the attention of so many people, I think it set the stage for me to establish my own fanbase, for people to get to know me through my music.
MusicWeek Staff: What skills/personal attributes are most important to being successful? Llace Sarabete': You have to know the business side of the industry as well as the entertainment side.
MusicWeek Staff: How important do you think video or other visuals are to your music? Llace Sarabete': Videos and visuals are very important. They help to further tell your story.
MusicWeek Staff: What do you hope to achieve with your art? Llace Sarabete': I like many others would really like to be recognized in full for my musical talents and art. Like when people hear that certain song begin to play and they know exactly who it is. That is my truest goal.
MusicWeek Staff: What advice would you give to new artists entering the industry today? Llace Sarabete': Never give up on your dreams. No matter what it seem like. Take a break if you have to, pray if you have to, but never give up.
MusicWeek Staff: What sets your music apart? What is unique, or at least uncommon, about your sound and style? Llace Sarabete': I have my own unique style of singing as well as writing.
MusicWeek Staff: Has your music career/journey had a deliberate direction, or did it simply evolve organically? Llace Sarabete': Well I have been working on my music for a while, so I will say that it's both a deliberate direction and it is taking place organically.
