DREAMDOLL SPARKS ROMANCE RUMORS WITH CONTROVERSIAL SOCCER STAR AFTER 'BEST BIRTHDAY EVER'

DreamDoll has sparked rumors of romance with a controversial soccer star after sharing details of a particularly memorable birthday.

The “Oh Shhh” rapper posted highlights from her 32nd birthday on Wednesday (February 28), which included shots of her on a boat in a barely-there starfish-shaped bikini. She captioned the collection: “Best Birthday Ever [two pink hearts emoji].”

Many speculated that the third photo in the carousel includes none other than lightning rod soccer player Quincy Promes.

The rumors were fueled when the soccer player wished DreamDoll happy birthday on his own Instagram stories. The athlete, who plays in Russia for Spartak Moscow, has had many issues with the law, which some pointed out on her post.

According to a CNNreport, earlier this month, Promes was convicted and sentenced to six years in prison for drug trafficking after Dutch prosecutors successfully argued that he was a key figure in a drug trafficking ring. Authorities believe he and his co-conspirators moved close to 3000 pounds of cocaine from Brazil to the Netherlands by way of Belgium in two separate 2020 incidents.

Because he currently plays for Russian Premier League team Spartak Moscow, Quincy Promes is not expected to serve his sentence anytime soon.

Back in June of 2023, the footballer was found guilty of stabbing his cousin in the leg and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

The Amsterdam District Court judges said the sentence for the offense would usually be a year but they gave Promes a longer sentence because “the suspect is a professional soccer player and Dutch celebrity, and therefore sets an example to others,” according to the AP.

He was also convicted of stabbing his cousin in the knee at a family party in a town near Amsterdam in July 2020. Police learned of the incident because they were tapping Promes’ phone as part of the drug smuggling investigation.

Promes has three children from a previous marriage, though his current marital status isn’t known.

DreamDoll is no stranger to dating soccer stars. In the past she’s been linked to footballer Jadon Sancho, as well as rappers like Bankroll Freddie, YK Osiris, and Almighty Jay.
