Recently, DJ Akademiks leveled allegations against Wack 100, claiming he took money from Blueface, which sparked a heated rebuttal. While appearing on a new episode of the No Jumper podcast this week, the manager pushed back, insisting that Akademiks is misinformed and spreading incorrect details.
"Blueface was signed under Cash Money West. Cash Money West belongs to who?" he questioned, leading Adam22 to answer Birdman. "I only supervised that branch. What are you even talking about? I feel like Ak, to be fair, people sometimes just start talking and throwing things out there."
"If Blueface receives a $250K upfront payment from the label, and say I represent the label, that $250K goes to him. I do not take any part of that," Wack added. "After that, I still have to handle all the other responsibilities tied to getting the project completed."
He also explained that he urged DJ Akademiks to address the situation publicly and clarify his statements. According to Wack, the media personality has avoided doing so and has not responded to him. He added that he previously believed they were on friendly terms and was surprised to hear about the accusations.
"He understands he has never worked on a contract before," he said. "He has been avoiding responding to me for the last couple of days." Although Wack believed his relationship with Akademiks was solid, Blueface and the streamer have reportedly clashed for quite some time.
"Did you forget?" he said. "Do not tell me you got another concussion from Chrisean Rock, or maybe that new golden retriever caused one. Because now you are repeating the exact same thing I said before."
