TOMORROW X TOGETHER is continuing its focus on mental health with a new global initiative. The group has joined a campaign announced by UNICEF’s Korean Committee during a press conference on April 28, titled TOGETHER FOR TOMORROW, which aims to support the mental health of young people worldwide.
In the video released alongside the announcement, members HUENINGKAI, TAEHYUN, YEONJUN, BEOMGYU and SOOBIN appear with children in a minimal setting, sharing conversations and light moments, while SOOBIN narrates in Korean. “How are you feeling today? Rather than trying to change you, we just stay by your side,” he says. “Hard days happen, we’ve been through it too. Asking for help doesn’t mean you are weak. Taking care of yourself and leaning on others for support is a sign of strength. Because together, we can be ready for a better tomorrow.”
The clip closes with both the group and the children enthusiastically repeating the campaign’s message, shouting, “Together for tomorrow!”
In a joint statement, the group shared: “We will give our all to contributing to a society where the mental health and well-being of our youth can be nurtured and protected together.”
SOOBIN also spoke about the campaign’s impact. “I believe we can build a brighter future together through this campaign,” he said.
Meanwhile, YEONJUN and HUENINGKAI emphasized the importance of openness and emotional awareness. “We hope all young people can take the time to reflect on how they’re feeling and remember that it’s always OK to ask for help whenever they need it,” they said together.
The group is also expanding its efforts, with plans to launch :Hearts Together with TXT: The Listening Room Hearts Together Playlist” this June on the Korean Committee of UNICEF’s YouTube channel. The series will feature the members reading fan submitted stories and offering words of support.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER, which has already placed 13 releases on the Billboard 200, first began its partnership with UNICEF during a visit to the organization’s New York offices in October. “Through our musical journey, we have learned that expressing emotion is a sign of strength,” SOOBIN said at the time. “Now with our campaign with UNICEF, we want to help create a safe and inclusive space for youth to freely express their emotions.”
At the launch of that earlier initiative, their label BIGHIT MUSIC also pledged $1.4 million to support youth programs and help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
