Smitty FMB is taking over with new single “FMB VS EVERYBODY”

Smitty FMB has always been an incredibly passionate and driven man who throws himself into anything he puts his mind to. Whether it is basketball in his formative years, or his music today, he shows his audience his all. Recently he has been hard at work with his recent release “FMB VS EVERYBODY”, a track that is taking the Hip Hop scene by storm.

Smitty started off his career in music with the release of his mixtape Welcome To Queens, a collection of tracks that tell the story of where Smitty FMB became who he is today. The project was Smitty’s way to test the waters, and see where he wanted to take his musical career. Now, with a sure sight on who he is and wants to be, he is able to take his music to the next level.

“FMB VS EVERYBODY” is a brilliant track, orchestrated & directed by Smitty FMB with a bold sound influenced & inspired by the Wu Tang clan “protect your neck” record. The song features several FMB artists, including FMB Mike, Yung A and so many more. “This song is meant to showcase the group as a team,” Smitty explained. “It’s an introduction into who we are.”

The term FMB, which acts as a connector between the artists, has two meanings. “The first is Forever My Brothers and the second is Forever Must Ball,” Smitty said. “It means to never give up on yourself, even if there are obstacles, you can overcome them.”

Smitty’s new single is certainly an ideal representation of what it means to be an FMB artist. The track pulls together a variety of different creatives, showcasing the best that each of them has to offer. While doing so, it highlights just how amazing something can be if you are utilizing and supporting the team you have around you.
