KASABIAN have confirmed a major UK arena tour for winter 2026 and unveiled their brand new single, "SUPERPOWERS." The five date trek, titled the Nothing Better Than This Tour, begins this December after the band played a sold out outdoor concert at London's Finsbury Park, where they performed in front of 45,000 fans.
Known for delivering explosive live shows, the Leicester rock band will open the tour at Birmingham's Utilita Arena on Friday 11 December. They will then travel to Glasgow's OVO Hydro before continuing to the Utilita Arena in Cardiff and London's O2 Arena. The run will wrap up with a hometown style finale at Manchester's Co op Live on Saturday 19 December. Special guests The Vaccines will appear at every show on the tour.
The announcement comes as KASABIAN prepare for a busy summer of festival performances, including a headline appearance on the main stage at Leeds Festival on Thursday 27 August. The band will also perform at Boardmasters, Victorious Festival, and Madrid's Mad Cool Festival.
The December tour will celebrate the release of the band's ninth studio album, Act III, which arrives worldwide on 4 September. It follows an impressive run that has seen each of KASABIAN's previous seven studio albums debut at number one on the UK Official Album Chart. Produced by frontman Serge Pizzorno alongside Mark Ralph at their creative spaces, The Sergery and Club Ralph, the 10 track record has been described as a guitar focused collection infused with psychedelic pop influences.
Featuring Serge Pizzorno's unmistakable hazy vocals, the new songs blend the raw spirit of the band's early work with a fresh musical direction. Made up of Serge Pizzorno, Chris Edwards, Ian Matthews, and Tim Carter, KASABIAN continue to build on their reputation as one of the defining British rock bands of the 21st century.
